By accessing or using KitchenSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use License

KitchenSync grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

• Modifying or copying the App materials
• Using materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Removing copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to another person or server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, photos, posts). By posting content, you grant KitchenSync a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it doesn't violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or user accounts
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload viruses or malicious code

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled per Apple/Google store policies

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of content or nutritional information
• Security of data transmission
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Recipe and nutritional information is for reference only. Always verify ingredients and nutritional data, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchenSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party conduct or content
• Loss of data or business interruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KitchenSync from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you post on the App

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable if we modify, suspend, or discontinue the service.
